What ages are appropriate to play at Jump Club?

Jump Club is designed for children of all ages under 100 lbs. The weight limit is solely to help JUMP CLUB maintain its high safety standards for all children playing. We do have a designated toddler-only area for the little ones. Safety rules are strictly enforced particularly where big kids may be playing near little ones. We do require that parents review the rules with their children and help to enforce them as well.

Can adults jump and play with their children?

We encourage parents to engage with their children however for safety reasons we do not allow parents to bounce, climb or slide in the inflatables. Parents may enter the inflatables with their children ONLY to sit and observe. Seating for parents is provided throughout the play area. Adults 18 and over are always free with their children.

Can I drop my children off to play and pick them up later?

No, we are not to be confused with daycare. We require that one adult (18 or older) stay with each child or group of children.

What types of footwear are allowed?

To maintain the utmost cleanliness, we are a shoe-free facility in our play areas. All children and adults that enter our play areas must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase if needed.

Is every guest, including adults, required to complete a waiver form?

While our inflatable games are very safe to play on, for insurance purposes we require ALL guests, even adults that may be entering an inflatable to assist their child, to sign a waiver. All waivers for children must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.

Do you have security?

The owners of Jump Club are parents of young children themselves and understand the anxieties that parents sometimes face when their child is out of sight even for a moment. That is why the facility is monitored with a state-of-the-art surveillance system that records the activities throughout the day. All children will be given a security wristband that MUST match their parent/guardian's wristband prior to exiting the facility.

Is there supervision in the play areas?

Our fun and friendly trained staff will provide engagement and supervision in the inflatable play area but are not babysitters. They are there to ensure the safety of all of the children. Parents are ultimately responsible for their children and we ask that all parents ensure that their children are following the rules. * Please note that there may not be staff always present in the inflatable play area during our slower time periods.

Do you offer any specials or discounted rates?

We offer group rates for schools, day programs, camps, etc. with advanced notice. Please contact us for further details. Promotions come up often, including Holiday events, so please refer back to our events/specials page periodically or sign up for e-mail notification of all upcoming fun events at Jump Club.

Do you have food?

Yes! We have a dining area and cafe offering pizza, nachos, PB&J sandwiches and more! We also offer a variety of healthy foods and snacks. PLEASE, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS!

How do I schedule a party?

Simply look over the party packages that we offer, pick one that meets your needs, and give us a call or book your party on-line. Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. Please have credit card information handy for the required deposit to hold your time slot. Of course, you can book your party right here at Jump Club.

How does the deposit work?

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve the time slot that you request when booking your party. If a conflict arises with your scheduled date and/or time, you must give at least 1 week notice to our staff and we will do our best to find another available time slot.

How far in advance to I need to book my party?

While we will always try to accommodate any last minute requests, it is recommended that you book your event with Jump Club at least several weeks in advance so that you have a better selection of time slots.

How many guests can I invite?

Our party packages are put together for 10 children including the birthday child. Additional guests may be invited for just $13.95 per child. All adults (18 and over) are free and not included in the guest count.

Will a staff member be available to help me with my party?

We go beyond helping. The "Party Pro" assigned to your party is a special person that has been handpicked by the owners of Jump Club to put you at ease. We know that you expect a party that is well organized with excellent customer service. At Jump Club, you will see the personal touch and attention to every detail that goes far beyond your expectations. You simply have to experience it to see what we mean. You will walk away WOWED. We guarantee it!

Can I tip my Party Pro?

By all means, YES. If you think your host did a fantastic job, a tip is always welcome and appreciated.

Can we bring food/drinks into the party?

No outside food is permitted with the exception of birthday cake. Cupcakes are included in the party package but you may bring in a cake if desired. If there are special dietary concerns, please notify us in advance and we will do our best to work with you.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

We provide festive paper products and tableware but you are welcome to bring in your own if you wish. We offer items such as helium balloons that can be purchased to enhance the appearance of the room.  We do not permit wall or ceiling hangings, streamers, silly string, confetti, or bubbles.

What time should my guests and I arrive at Jump Club for the party?

To avoid overcrowding, we do not allow early entry into the play area. We know how kids can be with the excitement of getting started so we recommend arriving 5 to 15 minutes in advance (no sooner please). Having all of your waiver forms completed and signed in advance will help greatly in getting you checked in quickly and on your way to an unforgettable experience.
